Re: 18th Annual ABATE of Ohio, Inc. – Region 1 Swap Meet
Attention Vendors
ABATE of Ohio, Inc. Region 1 will be hosting our 18th Annual Motorcycle Swap Meet. This year’s event will once again be held at the St. Florian Hall, 286 Luray Drive, Wintersville, OH 43953 on Sunday, March 16, 2008, with over 12,500 square feet of vendor space available. Doors open to the public at 10:00 a.m., vendor set-up will be from 6:00 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. Food service will be provided by Piergallini Catering and they will be offering breakfast foods during set-up until 11:00 a.m. at which time they will switch over to a lunch menu. A cash bar will be available throughout the event as such no outside food or beverage will be permitted on premise. As in past events volunteers from ABATE of Ohio, Inc. – Region 1 will assist all vendors who require it with set-up from 6:00 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. and tear down immediately following the event. Tables and chairs will be provided to all vendors requiring these at indoor spaces. Used parts vendors will be placed in the front hall and all others will be in the main hall.
Vendor space is limited to 100 10’x10’ spaces indoors, in addition we will have an outdoor covered Bike Corral and outdoor spaces available. All vendors will receive two admissions per space reserved any other guests accompanying a vendor will be required to pay the $5.00 admission price per person, children age 16 and under when accompanied by an adult are admitted free of charge. The vendor space price for 2008 has remained unchanged once again and will be:
New Parts $40.00 per space reserved
Used Parts $30.00 per space reserved
Novelty Vendors $35.00 per space reserved
Leather Vendors $45.00 per space reserved
Outside Vendors $15.00 per space reserved
Bike Corral $10.00 per space reserved
Pre-registration is required to assure a spot at the event, any vendor not pre-registered will be placed in the hall only after determining there is adequate space for those who have pre-registered and pre-paid. Please make all checks payable to: ABATE of Ohio, Inc. – Region 1, we have enclosed a return envelope for your convenience in returning your reservation.
